Verena Twigg (45) is a former Playboy star who at one point experienced a life turn. She changed the glamorous way of life, where her only job was to strip naked and pose as someone's stunt double, so that already in the fifth decade she earns by cleaning apartments. He remembers life in his twenties as the best decade of his life.
-I remember when I started modeling and, unlike other girls, I didn't avoid filming advertising campaigns for underwear. I realized that I could make a lot of money that way. My only job was to show up to a shoot or a party in my underwear, and very often I was without it. Very quickly I reached the front pages of men's magazines - recalls Twigg, and the Sun wrote about it.
As it turns out, Verena's best friend was a Playboy bunny and through her she managed to enter Hugh Hefner's realm.
– My friend showed them my photos and soon they invited me to a photo shoot, but also to unforgettable parties in the famous Playboy Villa. At the parties, I met a lot of influential people, I felt free walking around naked. I have never had a problem with showing my breasts and taking pictures of myself naked. They paid us well when we paraded around the barracks completely naked and I'm sorry that there is no longer that wild time where you can be "truly free" and enjoy your body - she explained.
She placed the first silicones at the age of 21, when she enlarged her breasts by two sizes. And, nine years later, she increased them again. Already at the age of 30, her modeling career was practically over, so she devoted herself to work in an agency where she hired young girls who wanted to do modeling.
- At the age of 35, there is nothing to look for in the world of glamour. On the other hand, just as crazy parties used to be an integral part of my life, so after the age of 35 I longed to be alone. At first I thought there was something wrong with me, but I realized that every age of life has certain priorities. Just as in my 20s I couldn't wait to strip and dance until dawn, so in my 40s I love walking in nature the most. I also found my soul mate, it's my chihuahua dog. I enjoy the silence and walking with him - explains Twig.
Today, Verena is 45 years old and successfully runs a cleaning service that she founded herself. A big source of her income is the apartment she managed to buy from her former earnings as a Playboy model.
– I was smart and I invested the money I earned in Playboy in real estate that I now rent out. I live quite quietly and peacefully. I know what I did and how I lived, which is why I never wanted to have children. It's strange to me that people still recognize me in the supermarket. I think those people must have had a poster of me stuck in the truck - recalls the former star of the magazine "Playboy".
