The famous rocker Jon Bon Jovi was the subject of all the world's media ten days ago when he convinced an unknown woman not to jump off a bridge. This move is not the only one that proves his empathy and humanity towards people he doesn't know.
Jon Bon Jovi, the American musician and frontman of the famous band "Bon Jovi", was filming the music video for the song The People's House on the pedestrian bridge when he noticed a woman on the other side of the fence.
Surveillance footage shared by local police shows John and a member of his crew approaching a distraught woman. He then leaned against the fence and started talking to her urging her to get back to safety before helping her over the fence.
Bon Jovi then hugged her and they stood like that for about a minute before walking down the bridge together.
The Metropolitan Police Department in Nashville shared the video on their YouTube channel and said the singer helped a desperate woman.
Kudos to Jon Bon Jovi and his team for helping a woman on the Seigenthaler pedestrian bridge on Tuesday night.
"Bon Jovi was able to convince her to get off the Cumberland River Bridge platform to safety," Platform X police said.
Fans of the rocker were not surprised by his move. Namely, in 2011 he founded a non-profit organization, i.e. a chain of restaurants, where there were no price lists, and payment of the bill was optional.
