Super victory for Sileks – the first away win in their history!

Date:

With a penalty goal by Esmir Hasukic in the 42nd minute of the match, the Sileks players achieved a big, huge victory as guests of the Belarusian Dinamo Minsk.

The match was played in front of empty stands in the Bulgarian city of Stara Zagora (Belarusian teams do not play in their own country), in the first qualifying round of the Conference League. This is the first victory in the history of Sileks Kratovo as a guest in UEFA competitions and a result that opens the gates for our team to qualify for the next phase of this competition.

Dinamo Minsk is the biggest club in its country and the team that is first in the table in the current championship of this country. The winner of the Macedonian Cup played excellently for 90 minutes and especially in the first half when they dominated and could have scored 2-3 goals. The Belarusians played in a spasm, weakly and without a single direct shot after Dzekov's goal. Hasukic strengthened Sileks this summer and came from Gabela (BiH), and immediately proved that he is an extra reinforcement for Aleksandar Vasoski's squad, just like Panovski who was also penalized.

Aleksandar Vasovski's players played a perfect first half, not only preventing the "home team" from getting close to Dzekov's goal, but also almost not entering the Sileks penalty area. From the first minute, the Kratovo players were the ones who had the initiative and control of the ball. The first good and more serious chance was expected after only 7 minutes of play, when Hasukic tried to lob from 25 meters and the ball almost went past Šimaković's right post. In the 33rd minute, the Dinamo goalkeeper was a hero with an excellent defense of the "nine" of Sileks, who found himself in a good chance, he shot from ten meters but failed. At the very end of the first half, first Hasukic did not arrive in time to score after the cross from the right side, and in the same action, Panovski was fouled for a clear penalty for Sileks.

Hasukic precise from the penalty spot in the 42nd minute!

In the second half, Sileks was the team that kept the big 0:1 and the players from Belarus were trying to score. Kratovo defended well, not allowing the opponent to create a serious goal opportunity. The Belarusians tried to reach Dzekov's net with 2-3 long-range shots, but it was all rushed and far from a serious goal opportunity.

The return leg in Skopje will be played in 7 days at the "Petar Miloševski" stadium in the FFM complex.
