After six matches played, there are no longer any teams with maximum effect in the First Macedonian Football League. After Sileks lost to Bashkimi yesterday, today the Struga team Trim Lum played a draw and won only one point.
Struga Trim Lum – Shkendija
The derby of the round was played this afternoon in Struga, where the champion Shkendija was the guest. The duel ended without a winner with one goal scored (1-1). Both teams played a bad first half, which entered the matches carefully, thinking more about their own net. Only one and very imprecise shot was aimed at the guests' goal.
Therefore, the second half brought a much more dynamic game, and already in the 53rd minute the score was opened.
After a quick counterattack, Senegalese Fabrice Samba had a great turn and gave Shkendija a 0-1 lead. Only nine minutes later (62) the goal of the guests from Tetovo was scored. However, after reviewing the VAR footage, the goal was not recognized, and the result remained unchanged. On the opposite side, Ibraimi shot inaccurately over the goal from an ideal position. Therefore, a penalty came in the 78th minute when Radevski equalized the score to 1-1 from a penalty kick. The experienced striker Radevski once again scored the goal of the guests, much to the joy of the Struga residents. However, it only lasted a few minutes, after which referee Qerimi annulled the goal due to offside.
Tikvesh – Shkupi
In Kavadarci, the Tikvesh team was visited by the Shkupi team. Only one goal decided the winner because on the goal of the Chaircani team, the German, Grote had 11 successful interventions. Tikvesh rejoiced at the first triumph of the season with 1-0.
The home team was the one that went on the offensive from the very beginning. After several chances, the one in the 27th minute was used. The mistake of the visiting defense was punished by the Finn, Berat Sadik, for a 1-0 lead for Tikvesh.
In the second half, the Kavadarci players were the ones who played more offensively. The Tikvesh players created 4-5 more chances to score, but they did not take advantage of them, so the score remained unchanged.
