Pelister celebrated with a turnaround over Alkaloid and confirmed the vice-championship position in the Super League

The handball players of Eurofarm Pelister officially won the second place in the Super League and next season they will have the opportunity to play in the group stage of the Europa League. The Bitola team was the champions of Macedonia for three seasons in a row, but this season they finished with 52 points, the same as Ohrid in third position, i.e. eight less than the champion Vardar.

In the last round match, Eurofarm Pelister won at home against Alkaloid 31-26 and thus came in second place. The team from "Avtokomanda" played an excellent first half, had a three-goal lead, but went into the break with a minimal lead of 14-15.

A turning point in the score occurred at the very start of the second half, when the Bitola team took the lead and did not let it go until the end of the match.

Alkaloid finished the season in fourth position and will compete in the European Cup, a competition they won last season.
