If you're looking for a quick and affordable dessert that's always a hit, this semolina and white chocolate cake could be the right choice. It's a simple no-bake recipe, and the entire pan costs less than 300 denars, making it affordable for any occasion.
Required:
- 125 g biscuits
- 1 liters of milk
- 200 g of semolina
- 180 g sugar
- 130 g butter
- 50 g of white chocolate
- Icing for decoration
- Optional: ground hazelnuts, almonds or additional biscuits

Preparation: Briefly soak the biscuits in milk and place them in a 20 × 30 cm baking tray that you have previously lined with baking paper or foil. Separate a small part of the milk and mix it with the semolina and sugar, while bringing the rest to a boil. Stir the prepared mixture into the hot milk and cook over low heat until you get a thick cream similar to pudding. Add the white chocolate to the hot mixture and stir until it melts. Cover with foil and leave to cool. Beat the butter and gradually add the cooled cream. Spread the mixture over the biscuits in the baking tray. Finally, spread the whipped cream on top and sprinkle with toppings of your choice, if desired. Place the cake in the fridge, preferably overnight, to allow all the flavors to combine and the texture to set.
