Cuban-American actor William Levy, who is known for his roles as a seductive soap opera star, has been arrested in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The 44-year-old was arrested for being drunk in a public place and trespassing on someone's private property. He posted $250 bail and was released the next day.
His representatives have not yet commented, so it is not entirely clear what exactly happened, American media report.
A year ago, he divorced Elizabeth Gutierrez, to whom he had been married for 20 years. Their marriage was far from peaceful and fairytale – they had several police interventions due to family disputes, one of which involved the children.
