Post. Strict rules. Well, maybe something sweet...like lean roses for example...
Ingredients:
600 fl flour
1 baking powder
1 vanilla sugar
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
3 tablespoons soy milk (powdered)
300 ml of hot water
200 ml of oil
low-fat cream or jam
powdered sugar

Preparation: Mix all the dry ingredients, then add the oil and water simultaneously in a thin stream.
After mixing the dough, immediately roll it out and use a glass to cut out "cubes" like when making lean donuts.
Place cream or jam of your choice on each crust and wrap it in a "package".
Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes or until the roses are golden brown.
When the lean roses are baked, remove them from the oven and sprinkle them with powdered sugar while they are still warm.
