A homemade lunch that everyone loves – without complicated ingredients and with minimal effort.
Required:
- 4 pieces of chicken (thighs, legs, or breasts)
- 5–6 medium potatoes
- 3 carrots
- 3 tablespoons olive or sunflower oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon mixed dry spice (or vegeta)
- ½ teaspoon dried rosemary or thyme (optional)
- 2 cloves of garlic (optional)

Preparation: Wash the chicken and drain it. Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them into large pieces. Place the chicken pieces, potatoes and carrots in a large bowl. Add the oil, salt, pepper, dried spices, oyster mushrooms and rosemary. Stir well to coat everything evenly. Add garlic if you want a richer flavor. Arrange the ingredients in a baking pan lined with baking paper or lightly greased. If desired, add 100 ml of water to the bottom for a quick lunch. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 1 hour, or until the meat is golden brown and the potatoes are tender.
