In a real handball spectacle in front of full stands in the “Biljanini Izvori” sports hall, GRK Ohrid won the International Memorial Tournament “Krste Andonovski”. The “Gladiators” defeated the current champion of Macedonia, Eurofarm Pelister, in the final, with a score of 31:26.
Ohrid had the advantage for most of the match, and a key factor in the great triumph was goalkeeper Bojan Blazeski, who was named player of the final with his saves. Along with him, two other Ohrid players were included in the ideal team of the tournament, winger Djukic and defender Ivankovic, who in turn took home the award for best player of the entire fourth edition of the tournament.
This is the first time that GRK Ohrid has won the trophy at the tournament it organizes together with the Municipality of Ohrid, and the victory is a great announcement for the upcoming season in the domestic championship.
