Hunter's goulash is a rich and aromatic dish that is cooked slowly to perfectly combine all the flavors. The tender meat, enriched with wine and spices, gives it depth and unforgettable character.
Required:
- 800 g meat (pork or beef)
- 2 large onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 carrots
- 2 tablespoons ground red pepper
- 200 ml of red wine
- 1 tablespoon tomato concentrate
- Bay leaf, peppercorns

Preparation: Fry the onion in the fat until it turns dark and soft. Add the sliced meat to the onion and fry it on all sides until it gets color. Add the sliced carrots, finely chopped garlic, ground pepper and tomato concentrate, pour in the red wine and simmer briefly until the alcohol evaporates. Then add water or broth and spices (bay leaf, peppercorns, salt) and cook the goulash slowly over low heat for at least two hours, until the meat is tender and the sauce has thickened slightly.
