The driver of a BMW vehicle left the lane and ended up in the waters of the Lepenec river.
"During the investigative procedure, the public prosecutor will take action, interview witnesses and order more expert reports for a full examination of the event and the reasons why the two cars came into contact. Taking into account the age and health condition of the suspect, as well as the need to secure him during the criminal procedure, the competent public prosecutor today submitted a proposal to the Basic Criminal Court in Skopje for the determination of a house arrest measure, as well as an additional precautionary measure - confiscation of a travel document and other documents for crossing the state border, i.e. a ban on issuing a new one ," the public prosecutor's office said in a statement.
