Basketball players convincingly defeated by Belgium

Just three days after the sensational victory over Bosnia and Herzegovina in Sarajevo, the women's basketball team of Macedonia experienced a debacle in Skopje against Belgium, losing 43-102. 

Belgium won the first place in our group, so they started the match in Skopje as the leader, and therefore as a big favorite against our selection.

 The Belgian basketball girls had a furious start to the match, they started with a 23-0 run and until the end they only routinely increased the advantage to reach a final victory of 102-43.

 Mitrašinović with 15 points and Antic with 10 were our most effective basketball players. Emma Miseman with 17 points was the most accurate for Belgium, she also had 27 rebounds and 29 assists.

 Macedonia finished the qualification in the last place. Belgium goes to the European Championship as the first in the group. Germany took second place, Bosnia and Herzegovina finished third.
