Basketball players better than Bosnia and Herzegovina in Sarajevo

After a long time, the Macedonian women's basketball team rejoiced at an official victory, in the qualifiers we celebrated visiting Bosnia and Herzegovina with 68-66. 

The women's basketball players had not won a match in the European qualifiers for almost ten years, so they were given little chances when visiting Bosnia and Herzegovina. But Macedonia ended the streak of 22 defeats in a row.

 The victory was well-deserved, our basketball players led throughout the match, at the beginning we had a double-digit advantage. The home team threatened in the finish, but Macedonia withstood the onslaught and eventually won.

 Mitrašinović was the most efficient with 18 points, Trajčevska scored 17 and Kmetovska 14, Antic was also in double figures with 10 points.

 Despite the victory, Macedonia remains in last place in the table with one win and four losses. On Sunday in Skopje we play the last match of the cycle, we welcome the selection of Belgium which is the first in the group with four wins and one loss.
