The Macedonian national football team has arrived safely in Skopje, after previously experiencing an unpleasant situation during the trip from Istanbul due to a technical problem with the plane.
Namely, the flight to the Macedonian capital was interrupted shortly after takeoff, when the plane, upon the pilot's assessment and request, made a circular route and returned to the airport in Istanbul.
The players and coaching staff spent several hours waiting while the competent services performed a technical inspection and repaired the defect, after which permission was issued to continue the journey.
After receiving the green light, the team took off again and successfully landed in Skopje, ending the drama surrounding the return without any additional problems.
