Australian coach Brian Gorjian will remain on the bench until the end of next year's Paris Olympics.
Australia finished the World Cup in 10th place and qualified for the Games after finishing ahead of New Zealand to fill the Oceania quota.
Australian Federation chief executive Matt Scriven has confirmed Gordjian will lead the Australians at the Paris Olympics.
"He is under contract until Paris and our confidence in him is unquestionable," said Scriven.
At the Olympic Games in Tokyo two years ago, the Australians won the first medal in history, and in the match for the third place they defeated Slovenia.
